Maakheru Memorial T-Shirt

$44.00

Kemetic culture is associated with being obsessed with death.  This is an oversimplification of the profound understanding of the nonmaterial aspect of existence that our Kemetic ancestors had.  They took responsibility for the journey of the spirit after death.

In Kemetic culture, the funeral is not something that happens at the time of death and burial.  Funerary rites are done on the anniversary of the death.  Depending on the year after death, the funerary rites are more involved and have a greater importance for the spirit in its continued evolution through the existence.

This shirt marked the 13th anniversary of Neb Naba Lamoussa Morodenibig, known as the Prophet of the Kemetic traditions.  The elders of the Kemetic temples explained, "Before he left, we told him to go fight for us.  We told him to reclaim our name.  The modern religions have their prophets...OK, so do we.  We have one too and we have sent him out to re-enter the fight" - Kem Elders.

His work still continues to grow and with this shirt his disciples, initiates, family, friends, followers and members of The Earth Center all celebrated his profound mission and work to unify humanity around our common roots and the purity of the Divine agenda of our Ancestral spirit.

This t-shirt was created to be versatile with its uniquely textured, thick, microfiber-knit fabric, this t-shirt bears a premium, soft feel that remains lightweight and highly breathable – the perfect combo for a hot day or layering.
